  Bought gas and when presented with the option to buy a carwash I opted to buy one simply for the efficiency of it all. When it came time to get the code on the receipt, nothing spit out. I had to go inside and wait in line to get a duplicate receipt. Efficiency is gone at this point. I asked for a refund because I didn't want the carwash anymore and I was told that he couldn't do that. I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager. I asked again for a refund and again he said that he can't do that. That is not the sign of a manager. That is an employee.
