We worked each time with Lisa who was great at educating us on the products and options without trying to influence our decision. She was patient and gave excellent service. I have been buying Banner mattresses for almost 30 years (starting when the factory used to be off the 215 in San Bernardino. Now they are in Colton.). Always satisfied with a good mattress at a good price. Buy local!
