  I've used Craig and sons for about 4 years now, and until about 6 months ago I was very happy with their service. 6 months ago they all of a sudden just stopped showing up to my home. It was about 3 months before I realized and called to remind Craig and sons that I was a customer, and what was the problem. I was having a large Black widow problem, and worried about one biting my dogs. They explained that they had some service techs quit unexpectedly and they were scrambling to cover the routes. A week or so went by before anyone showed up to spray, making up for the several months that had gone by. There was service tech after service tech, leaving bills on the door, but my spider problem never went away. I had a kid show up at my door demanding payment from my 75 year old mother in law, further explaining he will not service the home unless she paid on the spot. VERY DISRESPECTFUL. I again called, and expressed my concerns, they again apologized, and sent Ryan out. He again explained the company was having some problems, and to just be patient. A week ago the next service tech arrived Chase D. Taylor Lic. RA60074 around 4:30 pm. When I got home I noticed a nest still in my entry way, and many spider webs under my trailer. I decided to take a look at the surveillance cameras and found that, He arrived, sat in the truck for 10 or so minutes, got out and geared up, messed with his phone, left a bill on my door, THEN SPORADICALLY SQUIRTS here and there. Enters the back yard, was back there for about 2 minutes, I didn't see him spray anywhere in the back. Nor get out the nest wand. I then called Monday Oct.2 2017 and expressed this issue, and explained I will not be paying for that service, and that they should really look at who they have representing them. She said she understands, and would transfer this information to the managers, and they will be in touch. 3 days have gone by with no offer of sending another service tech out, no call from management. NOTHING. This tells me they KNOW THERE SERVICE TECHS A BEING SHADY AND STILL CHARGING PEOPLE FULL PRICE. When I called, the woman I spoke to, didn't seem to care I was cancelling service, Her attitude was very short and poor. Its as if their customers don't matter. I would like to warn anyone looking for service. CRAIG AND SONS are gonna do what they want, Send lazy disrespectful service techs to your home, Not do what they said, and if you don't babysit them they will charge you, and not service your home.Then when you call to express your concerns, the office will be just as rude. I suggest looking else where for your needs......................................................................................... ..UPDATE>>>>>>UPDATE>>>>>>>UPDATE....I would like to add, as of Thursday Oct, 5 2017. Craig and son has called and apologized, for the problems we've been having. Has sent Ryan back out, and walked through the exact way a house should be treated, with our new permanent technician Ty. Also Ryan noticed I was having a little gopher issue in my front yard, and offered a free treatment, although I have a gangster cat that usually deals with these problems, this was a very kind gesture.They also wiped my bill clean. I thank you Craig and sons, for your response, and apologetic tone. Still my concern lies with, its taken 6 months to get to this point. I'm hoping my service will resume to where it was, when this relationship began. I will be updating this post monthly.
