  Not happy with this jeweler. He switched out my 14 karat white gold 20 inch chain for a cheaper version. I've had my chain for over 10 years. Wore it every day. The clasp finally gave out and I needed it replaced so I went to this jeweler. A few days later, I went to pick up my chain and it was NOT the same. You know your jewelry. Before I took it in to be repaired it was in my wallet for several days and never once did it crinkle in a deformed way the way the chain he returned to me did! I was in such DISBELIEF and SHOCK. I couldn't believe that someone would do this! I should have called the cops then and there. I was so upset because that chain had more sentimental value to me that its worth. Beware folks and take pictures of your jewelry. Maybe he would have given it back if I had called the police and taken pictures of it before hand.I wouldn't even give this THIEF a one but I could not post this message otherwise. God knows what he did!!!
